Microforms Service

The Microforms Service is located in Firestone Library on A-floor (A-11-G). Our hours are typically M-F from 9a to 4:30p, though please check the Library calendar before scheduling your visit.

You can pick up any microforms that you have requested from offsite facilities at the the Microforms Service Office. Machines are available for reading, printing, or scanning materials in the collection. There is no charge for self-service reproduction of materials. See the Princeton University Copyright page on "Making Copyright Decisions" for limitations on publishing with scans that are self-produced.

We are happy to help you use the microforms equipment, find materials, and retrieve interlibrary loan, ReCAP, and Annex materials during Service hours.

Our collection houses materials of interest to researchers in the humanities and social sciences. It consists of newspapers, monographs, manuscripts, government publications, and other materials both current and historical, in many languages.

If you have questions, please call 609-258-3252 or email microfms@princeton.edu
