The Office of Finance and Administration is responsible for the financial operations of the University Library and Archives. The office is charged with the design, development and implementation of the Library's financial operating systems. Principal duties include budget development and implementation, transaction analysis and fund allocation. The office also provides a wide range of administrative support, including many Library HR functions.
The Director of Library Finance and Administration reports to the University Librarian and acts as the Library liaison to the Offices of Finance and Treasury, Public Safety and Building Maintenance. In addition, the Library's Financial Services Office and the Shipping and Receiving department report to the Director of Library Finance and Administration.
The Finance and Adminstration Offices are currently located in Firestone Library, B-6-L and 2-16-E.
