Acid-Free Envelopes Loose sheets may be stored in acid-free envelopes. The acid-free envelopes should be received attached to a board binding called a case pocket which looks like a book cover. Place one barcode on the upper left corner of the front cover of the case pocket. Place the second barcode on the verso of the item in the acid-free envelope. If you are processing something which does not conform to this description, please see your supervisor. |
