Acid-Free sleeves Loose sheets may be stored in acid-free sleeves/envelopes. The acid-free sleeves should be received attached to a board binding called a case pocket which looks like a book cover. Place one barcode on the upper left corner of the front cover of the case pocket. Place the second barcode on the verso of the item in the acid-free sleeve. If you are processing material in an envelope not attached to a board, refer to the Other non-book and RECAP summary. If you are processing something which does not conform to either of these descriptions, please see your supervisor. |
