Adjusting location for annex books in the hold to recap

Books destined for Annex (anxa) or (anxb) or locked (L) should have their locations changed to ReCAP (rcppa).

Exception:

Books purchased on fund 1203, Art and Archaeology (the fund number is located in the gutter) as well as gift books from Marquand (SA). These books should to be sent to rcppj. Also, the item type in the item record should be changed to CLOSED.
