City Qualifiers for Conferences

For conferences, the rule is the same as for other corporate bodies. Qualifiers in the heading and in the ‡c of the additions will use the name in effect during the time of the conference. The following examples are both valid:

Vsesoiuznaia konferentsiia "Kniga v Rossii do serediny XIX v." (3rd : 1985 : Leningrad, R.S.F.S.R.)

and

International Conference LPAR '92 (1992 : Saint Petersburg, Russia)
