Fund Codes for Voyager

Every book fund record has a field called “Fund code” which can be typed on the quick line item to attach the appropriate fund to the order, rather than manipulating the mouse through the ledger structure to choose a fund.

To use the fund code, first choose the correct ledger, then input the fund code. The fund code consists of the 4 digit numerical fund followed by the following 3-letter codes (no spaces). For example, the Monograph 1211 fund has a fund code 1211mon.
