Funds and Object Codes

Binding	Binding expenses
Document Delivery	Charges for document delivery, electronic or physical.
E-journal	Journals accessed electronically.
Graphic	Prints, drawings, photographs, postcards, broadsides, etc.
Membership	Payment for a membership which may or may not include publications.
Monograph	Single- or muliple-volume monographs, where the order is filled in single transaction.
Mono series	Standing orders for series with numbered volumes where each title cataloged separately.
Map	Any map.
Manuscript	Manuscripts, archives, personal papers, correspondence, etc.
MDF	Machine-readable data files, e.g. electronic databases, CD-ROMs, web-access, etc., for virtual materials that are not journals.
Microform	Materials in microfilm, microfiche, microcard, etc.
Photodup	In-house photoduplication.
Realia	Collectible objects: coins, chess sets, hats, etc.
Rights	Copyright permission, electronic reserves, etc.
Score	Musical scores, sometimes in parts and sometimes bound.
Sound Recording	LPs, CDs, cassettes
Standing order	Ongoing titles which are shipped and billed. Order can usually be cancelled at any time without further financial obligation. Includes both serials and sets for which volumes are published over time.
Subscription	Serial titles, usually periodicals, for which payment is made for a specific time period or number of volumes in advance and is non-cancelable.
Videorecording	Videocassettes, DVD’s
