Requesting inclusion on a routing slip

1. Send an email message to the Serials Acquisitions Unit If you are submitting multiple titles/requests, please send them in one email as a list. Email confirmation will be sent when the routing changes are done.

2.New staff requesting routing must have a patron record in Voyager Circulation in order for us to add them to routing lists.

3.Staff or selectors requesting to be added to titles in subject areas outside of their own should first seek permission from the appropriate fund selector/location prior to submitting the request. Any questionable requests will be returned.

4. Only unbound issues of periodicals /journals are available for routing. Volumes of continuations, monographs in series, and booksets are added immediately upon receipt and are not eligible for routing. If a continuation volume is needed, email Serials Acquisitions unit with a "give to circ for ..." message so that the volume can be expedited in processing (Firestone volumes only ; we cannot mark other locations for hold for a particular patron.)
