RefTracker Management Group
Manage the integration of RefTracker/DeskStats into library service operations; make recommendations regarding library-wide implementation and deployment strategies; assess the impact of the application upon library operations; troubleshoot access, configuration, or others problems as they arise; communicate new features and enhancements; provide ongoing training and support to library staff as needed.
