Program: Conducting Performance Appraisals for Professional Staff FY '09-10

Program Description:

This refresher training for Supervisors of Professional and Professional Specialist Staff will review the many important reasons for conducting Performance Appraisals, discuss areas that lead to effective Performance Management, and delineate the procedures and forms that are part of the Appraisal process.
