The New ArticleExpress

The ArticleExpress service has been available for some time to teaching faculty only in the humanities and social sciences, and many constituents in the sciences. The service provides rapid electronic document delivery of journal and newspaper articles, as well as book chapters and conference proceedings papers, within limits, both owned and not owned by the Princeton University Library. Along with a new re-branding and emphasis on a one-stop shop for entering a citation and receiving that item electronically, the service will now provide scans of items in Princeton collections, within limits, to all staff and graduate students. Undergraduates will receive scans of articles or chapters not available at Princeton, and will be provided with the details for retrieving items held locally. This service should prove especially useful to students and others studying or conducting research abroad. The LIBRARY SERVICES menu in the header of the library's website, http://library.princeton.edu, provides easy access to Article Express, Borrow Direct, and Interlibrary Loan.
