In 1975 she and her husband decided to migrate to the US, where in 1977 Mrs. Lung started to work for Princeton University, first as a replacement lecturer in Chinese, and later worked in the Gest Library where she constituted by herself the Chinese Order Division until her retirement in 2006. During her long period of work she helped training quite a number of supervisors and vendors in their work. Mrs. Lung was the managerial editor of the so-called Chang Bide's catalog, Pulinsidun da xue Geside dong fang tu shu guan Zhong wen jiu ji shu mu. After her retirement she stayed in Princeton for a while, but later moved to California to be closer to her children.
