Directions & Accomodations
Please visit the Princeton University Website for directions to the university and information on parking. Symposium attendees who will drive are asked to use parking lot 21 (see parking map). There is a complimentary shuttle from the parking lot to in front of McDonnell Hall (see also shuttle map).
For those traveling by train, please see the schedules for Amtrak and the New Jersey Transit (both sites will open in new browser windows).
Please note:
If traveling by Amtrak, you will purchase a ticket to Princeton Junction. Only seleect Amtrak trains stop here.
If traveling by NJ Transit, you will need the NorthEast Corridor (NEC) line to Princeton Junction.
From Princeton Junction, transfer to the NJ Transit Princeton Line to the Princeton station (one stop). The stop is on the main campus.
Alternatively, a taxi from Princeton Junction to the campus will cost approximately $15.
Should you be in need of a place to stay, have reserved a block of rooms at the Nassau Inn in town, only a short walk (5 minutes) to the campus. Please contact the Nassau Inn directly (mention you are here for the Library Access Symposium) to make arrangements. The rate for attendees of the symposium will be $128 per night, plus applicable taxes. The telephone numbers for the Nassau Inn are 609.921.7500 or 800.862.7728. Rooms are available for Thursday and Friday nights at the above rates.
