General Printers

Princeton students, faculty, and staff need a netID and password to print from Library computers. For help with printing, see Printing in the Library: Basic Instructions or Printing in the Library: Personal Laptops.

Visitors holding access/borrowers cards may obtain printing logins and passwords in the Access Office of Firestone Library. For more information, see Printing in the Library: Visitors.

Color Printers

Free color printing is available in Firestone, Lewis, and Marquand libraries. Color printing is also available from the University's Digital Print Center and OIT's New Media Center.

Large-Format Printers

The Map and Geospatial Information Center in the Fine Hall Wing of Lewis Library has a large-format printer that may only be used to reproduce print or digital maps from the Library's collection.

Services for general large-format printing, such as posters, are available from the University's Digital Print Center.

Microformat Printers

Microforms Service in Firestone Library has equipment available for printing and/or scanning filmed images from microfilm, microfiche, microcards, and micro-opaques. Other campus libraries with sizable microform collections have similar equipment.
