Facilities

The Office of Finance and Administration (OFA) is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance, renovation, space planning, furnishing, and health and safety issues for all library facilities. The OFA works with library staff and administration, University architects, outside architects, contractors and subcontractors, and University code, fire and safety officials on all phases of facilities programming, design, and construction for all library facilities. This includes renovations and new construction. 

The OFA also serve as the liaison to Firestone building maintenance and custodial services.
