Bio/Description

As the liaison for Indigenous Studies, Anu provides direct support to researchers. Before joining Princeton in 2019, she held leadership roles in libraries at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania. She has also managed grants for the U.S. Department of Commerce and led a K-12 teacher training consortium in New Jersey. She is active in campus organizations with a focus on mentoring for undergraduate and graduate students. Her research interests are varied and have evolved over time; her publications have addressed topics of multimedia literacy, gender, student-centered libraries and environmental projections.

Anu holds her doctorate in Higher Education Management from Penn's Graduate School of Education, her New Jersey Principal Certificate, her master's in Public Affairs from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and her bachelor's and master's in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
