Classroom Registration Form (For Group/Class Visits)

Spring 2021 update: Requests to arrange for classroom consultation for use of Marquand special collections materials in teaching, in person or using our document camera to record class sessions, or to make an appointment for individual viewing, should be submitted to us directly. Requests must be submitted as early as possible. Marquand's on-site rare collection will be moving out of McCormick Hall in May 2021 and unavailable for approximately two weeks. Apologies in advance if we are not able to fulfill a need due to our imminent move. Reach out to marquand@princeton.edu with questions or concerns about accessing rare materials.

Beginning Fall 2021, reservations for our Firestone rare book classroom should be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of the room and materials. All materials requested for use will only be available for use in Firestone Library's designated rare book classrooms and must be approved in advance by the Head Librarian. A Marquand staff member must be present for the duration of the visit for reasons of security and to assist with the use of the materials. Only the Instructor and the Marquand Staff member may handle the material. Materials are not to be handed around the room. Printed books and bound manuscripts must be displayed on book cradles.
