Classroom Registration Form (For Group/Class Visits)
Spring 2021 update: Requests to arrange for classroom consultation of Marquand rares or to make an appointment for us or for an instructor to utilize our document camera to film rare materials for a class must be submitted as early as possible. Marquand’s on-site rare collection will be moving out of McCormick Hall starting Feb. 22. Apologies in advance if we are not able to fulfill a need due to our imminent move. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or concerns about accessing rare materials.
Reservations should be made at least one week in advance to ensure the availability of the room and materials. All materials requested for use outside the Charles Rufus Morey Rare Books Reading Room must be approved in advance by the Librarian. A Marquand staff member must be present for the duration of the visit for reasons of security and to assist with the use of the materials. Only the Instructor and the Marquand Staff member may handle the material. Materials are not to be handed around the room. Printed books and bound manuscripts must be displayed on book cradles.
Please fill out this form and e-mail email@example.com if you have any questions
