Reserving Instruction Room (A62)
Marquand has a seminar-style room on A Floor used primarily for library instruction purposes and rare book consultations. Any PUL staff member may request to use the room. The room is also available to Princeton graduate students and faculty, and others on a case-by-case basis. It must be unlocked by a Marquand staff member, and users must be trained in the use of the media equipment if needed. Please submit a request for use a day or two in advance or the use is not guaranteed. The room is not generally available after 9pm, Sunday-Thursday, after 6pm on Fridays, nor usually on Saturdays, and is not available for regularly-scheduled non-library classes. Submit your request below.
- Six Dell laptops with Microsoft Office; laptops are stored and recharged in a moveable cart. Marquand Library has one or two additional laptops available if needed. Please contact a staff member prior to your class to reserve them.
- Overhead transparency projector
- Slide carousel
- Overheard Projector (Mac dongles must be supplied by user)
- Audio speakers
- Media cabinet: DVD, VHS, CD (for technical support, contact Media Services, x3196 or firstname.lastname@example.org)
