Mita Bungaku is tha e long-established literary magazine which has a history over 100 years. It contains articles by many prominent Japanese authors such as Mori Ōgai, Ueda Bin, Satō Haruo, Kubota  Mantarō, Izumi Kyōka, Tanizaki Jun’ichirō. It also played a role as a gateway for young writers outside of the Keio association, such as Ibuse Masuji, Miwa  Fumio, and Sakaguchi Ango.
