Sara Howard, Librarian for Gender & Sexuality Studies and Student Engagement

Sara Howard joined Princeton University Library in 2016. She is currently the Librarian for Gender and Sexuality Studies and Student Engagement. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a focus in Gender Studies, a Master's of Library Science and Information Studies. Prior to Princeton, Sara held positions at Wesleyan University and Queens College.

Sara supports the Program for Gender and Sexuality Studies and all faculty, staff and students at Princeton that conduct and engage with research on Gender and Sexuality. Sara also works closely with the SIFP Offices and other campus centers. Sara's research interests include gender and labor, gender and performance, and exploring traditionally marginalized voices and materials within the academy.
