Princeton University Library (PUL) has launched "Help Me Get It," a new service for the Library catalog that allows students, faculty, staff, and visitors to request any item from the Library's collections in a digital format. While PUL's collections are not physically accessible at this time, the majority are available electronically through Interlibrary Loan, Article Express, and various platforms including HathiTrust, publisher sites, and Google Scholar.

When searching in the catalog, a user can click the "Request" button under "Copies in the Library," then "Help Me Get It" for support in accessing an electronic version of the item. Patrons will need their Princeton NetID and password as well as their Library barcode located on the back of their Princeton University TigerCard. Users without a NetID may complete a registration form to create an account. Though many items are not available electronically, Library staff will do their best to locate an item online and provide access if possible.
