Luiza Wainer led the core group, along with other interested staff from CaMS and RBSC Tech Services, through a series of three hands-on SPARQL training sessions. SPARQL is a query language for RDF data. One immediate practical use for SPARQL is analysis and cleanup of the annotations that we created in January.

As an exploration of how we might eventually make our data discoverable, Peter has been working with software written by colleagues at Stanford called Sparqlight, which is essentially Blacklight with a linked data backend.
