"Border Crossing in Children's Literature," a Cotsen Children's Library symposium, Jun. 14 to 16
Join us for the Second International Symposium for Children's Literature and the Fourth U.S.-China Symposium for Children's Literature, "Border Crossing in Children's Literature," in the Maeder Hall Auditorium in the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment.
The event, open to the public, is hosted by Cotsen Children's Library and was organized by Minjie Chen from Princeton University and Qiuying Lydia Wang from Oklahoma State University. Registration is available until Friday, June 8, 2018.

9:00 a.m. - Welcome.
9:25 a.m. - Evaluation, Gatekeeping, and Criticism of Children's Literature. Speakers: Marc Aronson (children's nonfiction writer, USA), Lifang Li (Lanzhou University, China), and Betsy Bird (children's literature reviewer, USA).
