Staff News: Stacy Nemeroff joins Library staff as Labor Economics Librarian
Stacy Nemeroff, Labor Economics Librarian
I am pleased to announce that Stacy Nemeroff has been appointed Labor Economics Librarian and will be joining us on September 1.
Stacy will be subject liaison to the faculty, students and affiliates of the Industrial Relations Section. She serves as the primary contact for labor economics research, and selects and manages collections in labor economics, industrial relations and human resources management. She oversees the production of Selected References, an annual bibliography produced by the IR Section, focusing on contemporary labor, and will also provide oversight of the IR Section reading room exhibits in the Louis Simpson Building. Stacy will be working closely with our economics, social science and quantitative research librarians and data services professionals to provide research consultation for students and faculty in those areas.
Stacy has an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Education also from University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Economics from MIT. She has worked for a number of years as a research analyst in New York at Bloomberg, Moody’s, and Babcock & Brown, and conducted labor economics research at UBS Investment Bank and World Bank in Washington, DC.
