IFAR Art Law & Cultural Property


Consists of 2 parts: International Cultural Property/Ownership & Export Legislation relating to works of art (ICPOEL), and (mostly) U.S. case law organized into broad topics like “World War II-Era,” and “Art Fraud”. The International Foundation for Art Research (IFAR) is a not-for-profit educational and research organization established in 1969.
