Graduate Students

Please note: at this time, Princeton University Library is open only for authorized faculty, students, and staff. For more information, please visit the University Fall 2020 visitor policy.

Access and borrowing privileges are provided to all currently enrolled graduate students who hold a valid Princeton University identification card (TigerCard) with photograph. Spouses, domestic partners and children (under 23 years of age) of graduate students who possess a family ID card are also granted library privileges. Continuance of Library privileges is dependent on observance of Library policies and regulations.

Continuing, non-registered Princeton University graduate students who wish to borrow books may purchase borrowing privileges for 50% of the standard borrowing fee for visitors. The fee for borrowing is set annually, in July. Contact the Access Office for more information.
