What is the difference between the Firestone Special Collections and the Mudd Manuscript Library?

Firestone Special Collections and the Mudd Manuscript Library are both part of the Department of Special Collections. 

The Mudd Manuscript Library is found at 65 Olden Street, Princeton NJ and houses the Princeton University Archives and collections related to 20th century public policy.

Firestone Special Collections is found on the C-Floor of Firestone Library at One Washington Road in Princeton and houses collections related to general manuscript, rare books, graphic arts, numismatics, and historic maps. Special Collections at Firestone also includes the Scheide Library and Cotsen Children’s Library.
