Bookpate with initials ‘N C’. This is Ellen Gordon Craig (1904-75), always known as Nelly, Edward Gordon Craig’s daughter by Elena Meo. This bookplate is the work of her brother, Edward Anthony Craig (1905-1998) whose working name was Edward Carrick.
