Schedule a Class Visit

The department welcomes and encourages Princeton faculty to schedule a classroom to exhibit to their students enrolled in Princeton University courses RBSC materials relating to a particular class lecture. Requests for a class session can be made via the Schedule a Class Visit Form.

Please note: Face coverings are welcome but not required in the classroom unless requested by the instructor.

Multiple classrooms are available for use, however, these rooms should be scheduled in advance, preferably early in the term for classes wishing to meet more than once during a semester, and items should be requested at least three working days before the class meeting. Students are not required to register for a Special Collections Research Account in order to attend at class session with Special Collections.

Classes are asked to follow standard reading room rules – leaving coats, bags, and personal belongings in the reception area and bringing only laptops, paper and pencils into classrooms.
