Problem Reporting Procedure
To report general Library computer system or equipment problems, you may:
- Submit a report online or
- Send email to lsupport@princeton.edu or
- Call 258-5580 and leave a voice message.
Emergency Outage Reporting Procedure via Pagers
Dial 1-800-203-2218. A woman's voice says, "Welcome to Skytel two-way to send a numeric page Press 1," then enter the phone number you want the on-call person to call you back on. Then hit the pound sign #. You will then hear several other options. You just have to hang up the phone at this point. The person on call will respond in a timely manner, usually within 15-30 minutes.
There is also email capability with these pagers. To send an email: Type in the "TO" field: 2032218@skytel.com. Type your message in the usual message box, but keep it as brief as possible, because there is a character limit. Then send the message.
