Refresher course in Acquisitions for public service staff. We will review finding and interpreting order information and invoice information, checking journal receipts and claims.
Staff in Public Services, Collection Development and Branch Libraries are invited to come and bring specific questions.

 

In addition we will look at the new order/claims/cancellations web form interface at http://libweb5/odrequest/

In order for the class to proceed smoothly we ask that all staff who plan on coming to the session first review the following tutorials available on the Tech Services web site. This is particularly important for any new staff who have not received prior training in Acquisitions.

Introduction To Voyager Acquisitions Series : no. 1, 2 and 3 ; and Acquisitions client series, no. 1 and 9.
