PUL launches book pick-up and in-house digitization services
June 8, 2020: Now available to Princeton University faculty and students, PUL is offering book pick-up service and in-house digitization of print book collections. A book pick-up or digitization request can be made via a link on the online catalog, "Request Pick-up or Digitization" or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Book pick-up service is for faculty and students with active PUIDs who are authorized to be on campus. Once you have made your pick-up request, you will receive notifications with information, including pick-up location, time, and social protocols. Library locations will not be open to the public or patrons.
Digitization services will be available for Marquand Library of Art and Archaeology materials. Book pick-up and digitization services are not currently available for materials at Furth Plasma Physics Library. Furth Library materials are only available to Princeton Plasma Physics Lab staff currently onsite with access to the self-checkout service.
Kindly note the following book care protocol: Please do not use disinfectant or cleaning product on books which can cause damage. Library materials are handled only by staff wearing face coverings and impervious gloves. All returned Library materials have been quarantined before being circulated to another patron. Thank you for helping us care for our book collections to preserve them for decades to come.
