  • University Players Collection

    Consists mainly of playbills, photographs, and clippings of press announcements and
    reviews of the University Players.

  • University Land Records

    The University Land Records consist of deeds, mortgages, bonds, other legal papers, and maps concerning the acquisition, disposition, or description of University properties. Most of the papers are original though some photocopies are present. The papers consist primarily of standard legal documents with detailed descriptions of the properties in question, as well as maps and surveys of existing University land.The collection also contains photocopies of deeds, correspondence and papers from other University administrative units, the Mercer County Clerk's Office, the New-York Historical Society and other research facilities gathered by Gerald Breese during research for his book Princeton University Land (1986). Some of Breese's research notes are included and he annotated many of the photocopies.The collection also contains maps and surveys of Princeton University lands, primarily but not exclusively the main campus. While most of the maps are of a standard type, a few are of a humorous or cartoonish nature, and a few of the surveys were conducted by students.

  • University Hotel Records

    Consists of three volumes of guest registers from the University Hotel.

  • University Chapel Stained Glass Windows Restoration records

    Consists of architectural surveys of the University Chapel with details of the window bays and the exterior facade, as well as photographs, slides, and microfilm documenting the work done on each window and sculpture and day logs recording daily progress. Also in the collection are several boxes of glass fragments from the original windows.

  • Undergraduate Student Government Records

    The collection consists of records and publications of the Undergraduate Student Government from 1982 to 1997. Campaign and publicity materials from the Princeton University Democrats, and student activism files from the office of Professor Stanley Kelley are included in the collection as well as the records of Jeffrey Siegel '98, who served on the Undergraduate Student Government for four years.

    Consists of personal files of former undergraduate students of Princeton University. Information in each file varies greatly but can include the names of relatives, notable achievements and news items, address updates, and obituaries.

  • Undergraduate Academic Files

    Consists of individual files of former and current undergraduate students of
    Princeton University, containing grades, transcripts, and other information relating
    to the subject's academic career.

  • Triangle Club Records

    The Triangle Club Records can be used not only to document the performances and business activities of one of the oldest college theatre groups in the country, but also to examine an aspect of student life as it relates to politics, social customs, and student mores. In its one-hundred-plus-year history, Triangle has spoofed perennial Princeton topics such as classroom etiquette, examinations, dating, living arrangements, and dining, as well as broader topics such as women's rights, Vietnam, Watergate, and academic trends.

  • Triangle Club Board of Trustee Records

    The collection documents the governance of the Triangle Club by its graduate Board of Trustees, particularly under the chairmanship of John Ball '52 (1973-1985), and includes bylaws, correspondence, reports and meeting agendas and minutes. The materials cover the pivotal period in the late 1960s and early 1970s during which Princeton University and the Triangle Club became coeducational institutions. The collection also includes minutes of the board of trustees meetings for 1983-1992 and 2006-2011.
