II. Searching (continued)

Now let’s try another search

(take a moment to talk about different statuses)

Finally, let’s do a bibliographic search for a purchase order.

You can do this either as a Quick Search or a Standard Search. Let’s do the Quick Search.

Make sure the Orders tab is active – Click on search orders

Click on Do search – OK – and note how the title is now inserted into the bibliographic search for box. Click on the Search button.

Remember that you can access all orders that are in the search result. Do a purchase order number search on PO 1CC. Note that there are 200 records displayed (show message) representing 15% of the search result. Click on NEXT. Now note that you have displayed 400 records, or 30% of the total.
